This position supports the annual budgeting process, forecasting process, regular top management reporting, as well as other tasks related to Finance aiding in decision-making. The FP&#038;A Assistant Manager involves working closely with various departments, such as Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Marketing, and HR to gather data and produce information and actionable insights. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mainly responsible in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with organizational goals.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in the preparation of annual budgets, and periodic forecasts.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide financial insights to support their operations.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in evaluating potential business opportunuties by preparing feasibility studies and business plans based on newly proposed ideas by top management.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly monitor actual financial performance against the budget and forecasts, providing explanations for variances.<\/li>\n<li>Track and regularly update the company\u2019s cashflow projection.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain discretion and maturity in handling sensitive or confidential data.<\/li>\n<li>Works on ad hoc financial analyses with other departments\/business partners.
