A Designer will be an important part of the design and creative team, help build a beautiful look and feel for digital communications. Develop seamless and strategic brand guidelines to be used companywide with a focus on improving customer experience. Focus on creativity, with a passion for consistent and cohesive designs. Designer will be a core part of the design and creative teams, focusing on customer experience and brand communications. You will have the opportunity to be an essential part of the research, planning, execution, and analysis processes and work across several different departments to create fun, creative campaigns that reflect our brand\u2019s voice and personality.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Main Duties and Responsibilities\/Performance Standards <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a senior graphic designer with a good background in designing for screens, web design social media and prints as well.<\/li>\n<li>Generating high-quality graphics and computer animations printable.<\/li>\n<li>Creating, managing, and producing design solutions for a variety of uses: websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, and photography printable.<\/li>\n<li>Be a part of all phases of the design process from strategy, customer experience research, conception &#038; ideation, prototyping, execution, and analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Build an unforgettable brand experience across all digital channels including web, mobile, landing pages, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Have the opportunity to own the creative development process of all marketing materials. Use your knowledge of typography, color theory, and grid systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that our branding is consistent and in line with Dar Al Shifa Hospital voice, tone and personality.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with marketing teams to understand the company\u2019s messaging and create interactive content consistent with the company\u2019s tone<\/li>\n<li>Promotes community awareness of marketing programs pertaining to The Dar Al- Shifa&#8217;s activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures safety standards (occupational and patient safety) are complied.<\/li>\n<li>Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Direct Reporting Authority.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures quality and patient safety practices are followed<\/li>\n<li>Provides or promotes people centered care<\/li>\n<li>Promotes inclusive health by providing equitable and accessible care to patients and families with special needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Qualifications, Competences and Skills<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Education: A Bachelor&#8217;s degree in design, graphic design, or a related field.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English Languages.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Computer Proficiency: Excellent computer skills. Adobe, Mac OS system.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience: Minimum 4-5 years\u2019 experience in Graphic Design or a similar role.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Performance Competencies <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of marketing and media sources.
