{"id":12356,"date":"2024-12-16T10:59:05","date_gmt":"2024-12-16T10:59:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/gm-marketing-transformation\/"},"modified":"2024-12-16T10:59:05","modified_gmt":"2024-12-16T10:59:05","slug":"gm-marketing-transformation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/gm-marketing-transformation\/","title":{"rendered":"GM Marketing Transformation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Job Summary<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the balance the long-term strategic goals with the short-term operational targets to maximize company&#8217;s profits and sustainability.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, own and manage marketing commercial plan and different themes as New Year, Ramadan, summer \u2026etc., and manage the internal PMO for marketing ensuring all units are in sync and all initiatives are well tracked.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the company wide projects (Cross-functional projects) that require multiple units\u2019 involvement and act as Marketing SPOC for companywide initiatives as VAT, CPR, TOS \u2026etc.<\/li>\n<li>Lead different aspects and programs of global commercial transformation and turnaround activities from marketing point of view with the directions of management and in alignment with corporate strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the commercial participation and act as the commercial SPOC to ensure the proper and fast delivery of IT transformation and technical capability development, as well as the DWH, BI and analytics transformation<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the automation of existing and periodical reports and develop management dashboards to ensure fast and efficient delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Develop the short term and long-term strategies and execution plans of the commercial transformation.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the digital transformation from marketing side and facilitate the cross functional work.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, and control the marketing general policy and processes and ensure the compliance<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up on and facilitate projects required for compliance to legal, regulatory, financial requirements<\/li>\n<li>Set the priorities for internal and external processes development and training needs for marketing department and commercial support. Approve processes development.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the support functions and act as the SPOC and interface of marketing with Internal Audit, HR, risk management, corporate PMO and other departments within mobily.<\/li>\n<li>Drive the selection process along with admin, technology and procurement for new technologies and systems to be implemented to support marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Set digitization directions and strategies and oversee the implementation of digitization as a vital component of Mobily&#8217;s growth.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as required by the executive management as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience and in-depth understanding of strategic and operational planning and project management, including budgeting and financial follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Strong mix of technical and commercial experience in the field of telecommunication or ICT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited university.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Managerial Responsibilities <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the development of the sector&#8217;s short and long term strategy and guide the direct reports towards the achievement of the strategic goals through accomplishing their responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Set the division&#8217;s goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of the same to the reporting departments, and guide their achievement.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of the sector&#8217;s policies, procedures and processes and ensure adherence and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Provide direction and advice to the direct reports in performing their delegated responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the ongoing development of the division&#8217;s employees, and guide and assure the developmental activities of direct and indirect reports.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the overall performance of direct reports and ensure and ensure KPI&#8217;s are well communicated and monitored.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective identification, allocation and utilization of the division&#8217;s human, financial, logistical and technological resources at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Observe level of services provided by subordinates aiming to provide information redounding on efficiency of processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa76b3e71c04b011153f3b74874be7e426?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary Ensure the balance the long-term strategic goals with the short-term operational targets to maximize company&#8217;s profits and sustainability.
