We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Abroad Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic e-commerce business. As the Abroad Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our international operations and ensuring the smooth flow of our business activities across different regions. Your exceptional coordination skills will contribute to our overall success in expanding our customer base globally.<\/span>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>1. International Logistics Management:<\/span>\u00b7 Coordinate and oversee international shipping and logistics operations.<\/span>\u00b7 Collaborate with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.<\/span>\u00b7 Monitor shipment schedules, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues or delays.<\/span>2. Supply Chain Coordination:<\/span>\u00b7 Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient inventory management across international warehouses.<\/span>\u00b7 Coordinate the replenishment and distribution of products to meet demand in different regions.<\/span>\u00b7 Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.<\/span>3. Compliance and Documentation:<\/span>\u00b7 Ensure compliance with all relevant international import and export regulations.<\/span>\u00b7 Manage and maintain accurate records of all international shipments, customs documentation, and permits.<\/span>\u00b7 Stay updated on any changes in international trade laws and regulations to ensure smooth operations.<\/span>4. Vendor Management:<\/span>\u00b7 Collaborate with international suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely product sourcing.<\/span>\u00b7 Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate favorable terms and pricing for products and services.<\/span>\u00b7 Assist in identifying and onboarding new international vendors to expand our product range.<\/span>5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:<\/span>\u00b7 Provide support and guidance to regional teams to ensure consistent and efficient operations.<\/span>\u00b7 Share insights and recommendations to improve international operations and enhance customer experience.<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>– Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, IT or a related field.<\/span>– Proven experience in international operations, logistics, or supply chain management.<\/span>– Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.<\/span>– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/span>– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.<\/span>– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span>– Proficiency in using software and tools related to logistics and supply chain management.<\/span>– Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing e-commerce environment.<\/span>– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.<\/span>This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
