The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in tight gas reservoir management and a proven ability to provide strategic advice and implement best-in-class reservoir management programs. This role requires a deep understanding of gas\/gas-condensate reservoirs and the ability to contribute to the development of Kuwait&#8217;s non-associated gas assets.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide guidance and oversight on reservoir management practices and cutting-edge technologies for Kuwait&#8217;s non-associated gas assets.<\/li>\n<li>Develop reservoir development plans, data acquisition strategies, and monitoring frameworks for optimal reservoir performance.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize advanced reservoir management standards to maximize net present value and hydrocarbon recovery.<\/li>\n<li>Lead integrated field reviews and develop comprehensive field development plans.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute reservoir engineering expertise to drilling and work-over proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend and evaluate advanced completion techniques for horizontal and multi-lateral wells.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct reservoir engineering studies, including stimulation modeling for improved oil recovery.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in technical societies and groups to stay at the forefront of industry developments.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and train junior engineers to build a strong talent pipeline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Minimum Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field (Master&#8217;s or PhD preferred but not mandatory).<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 15 years of experience in petroleum engineering, with at least 7 years specializing in gas\/gas-condensate and tight reservoir management.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive training in specialized courses and seminars related to reservoir engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Strong multidisciplinary expertise, including geology, petrophysics, simulation, drilling, stimulation, and production technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Proven hands-on experience with tight gas reservoir simulation, reserves management, hydraulic fracturing, log evaluation, and advanced completion techniques.<\/li>\n<li>A demonstrated history of contributing to petroleum and reservoir engineering knowledge through publications, patents, and mentoring.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with modern reservoir management practices for gas and gas condensate reservoirs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Why Join Us?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to work on world-class non-associated gas assets.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with a team of industry-leading experts.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the advancement of reservoir management practices and technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Attractive compensation and benefits package.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.kw\/jobad\/kwd0a6c625737070b4dfefc33678fc56a3?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking a highly experienced Tight Gas Reservoir Engineer to join our team.
