You’ll support our clinicians during a wide range of procedures, help maintain clinical standards, and be the friendly, organised face patients see when they walk through our doors.<\/span>This is a varied and fast-paced role that offers the best of both worlds\u2014clinical hands-on support and patient-facing administration.<\/span>Key responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Dental Assisting duties:<\/span>Assist clinicians during dental procedures, including X-rays, instrument preparation, and chairside support<\/span>Maintain strict infection control protocols and sterilise instruments to the highest standards<\/span>Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all materials and equipment are ready<\/span>Provide oral health education and assist with post-treatment care advice<\/span>Help manage stock levels and order supplies for seamless day-to-day operations<\/span>Reception duties:<\/span>Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, helping them feel at ease<\/span>Manage bookings, phone calls, emails, and day-to-day patient enquiries<\/span>Review medical histories and update patient records accurately<\/span>Process payments, claims, and support front-desk administration<\/span>Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area and contribute to a smooth patient journey<\/span>Qualifications<\/b><\/span>About you<\/b><\/span>You\u2019re a people person with a can-do attitude and the ability to switch seamlessly between clinical and front-desk tasks.
