With 3,400 employees in 50 offices, SBS is recognized as a Top 10 European Fintech company by IDC and as a leader in Omdia\u2019s Universe: Digital Banking Platforms.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>What you will do * Build software products for banking and financing institutions with R&#038;D teams that are openly collaborative, are non-hierarchical, respect contributions and work with agility. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide vision &#038; leadership for the technology roadmap of our products. Understand product capabilities and strategize technology for its alignment with business objectives and maximizing ROI.<\/li>\n<li>Define technical software architectures and lead the development of frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Engage end-to-end in product development, starting from business requirements to realization of product and to its deployment in production.<\/li>\n<li>Research, design, and implement the complex features being added to existing products and\/or create new applications \/ components from scratch.<\/li>\n<li>Identify risks or opportunities associated with current or new technology use. Plan and execute PoC\u2019s as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve internal software architecture processes and technology.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical governance to product team to ensure quality and efficiency of solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a mentor to team and reinforce organizational values and cultures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Total Experience Expected: 8-11 years<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 years of experience in delivering solutions from concept to production that are based on Java as an architect in global organizations.<\/li>\n<li>5 years of industry experience in design, development, deployments, operations and managing non-functional perspectives of technical solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Preferred Qualifications * Experience with structured Enterprise Architecture practices and large solutions. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wide knowledge of technology solutions and ability to learn and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing microservices based cloud native solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of cloud technologies on one of the cloud platforms \u2013AWS (preferred), Azure or Google Cloud<\/li>\n<li>Good proficiency overlap with technologies like: Java8, RxJava, Kotlin, Golang, SpringBoot, SpringSecurity, Gitlab-CI, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Openshift, Kubernetes, Istio, NGINX, JMeter.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communicator with ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships, and achieve broader organizational goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Graduation<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Secondary Location: Noida Campus<span class=\"br\"><\/span>At our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
