This individual contributor role will be responsible for driving data-driven decision making across the organization. They will collaborate with business stakeholders, understand their problems, and design data-based solutions for them.<\/span>Key responsibilities include:<\/b><\/span>1. Develop and implement machine learning models, perform data analysis, and create predictive models to support the Client Services teams.<\/span>2. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data science needs and provide solutions.<\/span>3. Conduct research to identify new methods and techniques to improve existing models.<\/span>4. Create visualizations to communicate complex data and insights in a clear and effective manner.<\/span>5. Ensure data quality throughout all stages of acquisition and processing, including data cleaning, normalization, and transformation.<\/span>6. Continually monitor and evaluate the performance of the models.<\/span>7. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.<\/span>8. Maintain clear and coherent communication, both verbal and written, to understand data needs and report results.<\/span>This is a hybrid position.
