Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership for small to medium projects, working with a team and independently<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop, and support applications and integrations needed for the projects<\/li>\n<li>Be an active participant in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review and retrospective<\/li>\n<li>Perform code reviews to provide meaningful, helpful feedback to other developers and help us stay on track in terms of architecture, security, and other critical elements<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes<\/li>\n<li>Mentor other developers through pair programming, code reviews, demos and lunch and learns<\/li>\n<li>Complete technical investigations (proof of concepts, analyses) to determine technology risk and feasibility<\/li>\n<li>Write unit, system, and integration tests achieving a high degree of code coverage<\/li>\n<li>Identify technical debt and help devise a plan for addressing it<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for automation and improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills and Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience as a .NET developer, with deep knowledge of Entity Framework and C#<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in developing applications using C# and .NET Framework\/Core, with a preference for ASP.NET Core<\/li>\n<li>Experience in designing microservices that interface with NoSQL back-ends<\/li>\n<li>Experience in building APIs with knowledge of Domain Driven Design considered an asset<\/li>\n<li>Experience getting clarifications for requirements, creating diagrams and slides to explain concepts to business stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Angular 16+, Blazor, or similar technology is an asset<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Infrastructure-as-code, with proficiency in Terraform is an asset<\/li>\n<li>Possess working knowledge of cloud service providers, notably Azure and AWS<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum required<\/li>\n<li>Experience with building event-driven systems is an asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> MyRewards@MNP<span class=\"br\"><\/span>With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
