Your expertise in contract management, budget oversight, shipment tracking, internship\/apprenticeship coordination, help build internal branding, engaging logitech visitors and onboarding new hires will be essential in ensuring smooth and effective departmental operations<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Your Contribution:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Be Yourself. These are the behaviours you\u2019ll need for success at Logitech.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>In this role, you will:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage the Contingent Workforce Resource (CWR) invoices, overseeing renewals and resolving any disputes efficiently.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Coordinate shipments, provide customs clearance guidance, assess shipment delays, maintain shipment lists and provide weekend support for the Trade Compliance team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Support the P&#038;C team activities which includes branding, communication, cross collaboration , event management and various site related engagements<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents and ensure they are easily accessible and trackable<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Generate regular reports on administrative operations and activities and share it with the Local leadership team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Coordinate with relevant teams on internship programs, including interview scheduling, orientation sessions, evaluations, and reward programs.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Set up workspaces for new hires, provide facility tours, and arrange introduction meetings with key stakeholders.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage visitor appointments, food &#038; travel arrangements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Follow up on procurement activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance. Ensure on-time payments to vendors and establish new relationships with vendors<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Assist in external audits (GST, Customs Clearance, Health &#038; Safety etc) with documentation needs<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Organize all the government contracts and follow-up with relevant parties (internal and external) to ensure on-time renewal<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Identify room for improvement in existing admin activities and work with IT to automate them<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Help order and stock logitech products well in advance to distribute to external speakers, guests, LARC winners, hackathons, external vendors (C-Staff) visiting logitech premises<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Work with various internal teams and departments (Procurement, Facilities, P&#038;C, Compliance, Legal<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure the office complies with all health and safety regulations and company policies<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Your Qualifications and Skills:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and behaviors:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2+ years of relevant experience in administrative or related roles.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills<span class=\"br\"><\/span>In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience in budget management and contract negotiations.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Familiarity with shipment coordination and customs clearance processes.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience in organizing team-building activities and events.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong vendor management and procurement follow-up skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience in GCC (Global Capability Center) or multinational companies is advantageous.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Education:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
