Manager &#8211; QC(P)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Location:Vapi<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience:5 &#8211; 12 Years<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Industries:Pharma<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical Operations:<\/li>\n<li>Perform and supervise analysis of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG).<\/li>\n<li>Operate and maintain analytical instruments:- HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, Dissolution Apparatus<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with GLP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standards.<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve analytical reports and LIMS entries , Quality Systems &#038; Compliance<\/li>\n<li>Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS).<\/li>\n<li>Lead investigations for OOS, OOT, Deviations, and Laboratory Incidents.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review SOPs, STPs, and validation protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure audit readiness and support regulatory inspections (USFDA, WHO-GMP, etc.) Documentation &#038; Reporting<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation in LIMS and ensure traceability.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare investigation reports, CAPA, and trend analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely release and compliance ,Project &#038; Team Leadership<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and train QC analysts on instrumentation and regulatory practices.<\/li>\n<li>Lead or contribute to method validation, tech transfer, and stability studies.<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean lab practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong command of 21 CFR Part 11, GLP, and GMP guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in LIMS and electronic documentation systems.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in handling OOS\/OOT investigations and CAPA implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in regulatory audits, data integrity, and instrument calibration.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of ICH guidelines, method development, and stability protocols Preferred Attributes.<\/li>\n<li>FDA-approved analyst (preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in handling project work related to analytical method development or tech transfer.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Required Qualification: &#8211; B.Sc\/M.Sc &#8211; Chemistry\/Microbiology\/Biotechnology<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Salary :- Upto 12.00 LPA<span class=\"br\"><\/span>If you are interested in this opening, please send updated resume on same mail with following details.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Total No. of Years Experience: &#8211;<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Current CTC: &#8211;<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Expected CTC: &#8211;<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Notice Period: &#8211;<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/in500aee45d7da89da267e1f11f9b28c24?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Position:Executive\/Asst.
