We support flexible and hybrid working arrangements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Join us as a Support Analyst and put your communication and problem-solving skills to work.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role isn&#8217;t just about software &#8211; it&#8217;s about people. You&#8217;ll be helping our customers get the most out of Recordbase by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Listening carefully and asking the right questions<\/li>\n<li>Turning complex problems into clear solutions<\/li>\n<li>Writing documentation that actually makes sense<\/li>\n<li>Training and supporting customer champions<\/li>\n<li>Feeding back insights that improve our product<\/li>\n<li>If you&#8217;re good at explaining things simply, enjoy digging into problems, and can keep clear notes along the way, we&#8217;d love to hear from you.<\/li>\n<li>You don&#8217;t need to know our software yet &#8211; we&#8217;ll teach you.
