This role involves collaboration with various departments, contractors, and external partners to promote best safety practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. The Safety Manager plays a key role in risk assessment, incident investigations, and training programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in workplace safety. The Safety Manager reports directly to the Head of Corporate Safety and Compliance.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compliance and Standards &#8211; Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and the ISO Safety Management System. Effectively communicate OHS requirements, and develop and implement related policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Risk Management &#8211; Oversee site compliance, manage incidents, investigate causes, and recommend preventive measures.<\/li>\n<li>Performance Monitoring &#8211; Develop and lead OHS KPIs, evaluate safety programs, and prepare safety reports.<\/li>\n<li>Training and Awareness &#8211; Conduct training programs, organize safety campaigns, and promote OHS performance across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Audits and Inspections &#8211; Perform internal audits, assist with external audits, and ensure compliance across all safety measures.<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Engagement &#8211; Communicate OHS policies, develop training programs, and participate in safety meetings and committees.<\/li>\n<li>Documentation &#8211; Maintain and update safety risk management systems and project documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa3cce0f235a289771b8ffc7c56ef726ed?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Overview The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders.
