This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that the brand team\u2019s evolving Field CRM needs are met,<br \/>\n       enabling them to deliver a seamless, world-class user experience. Additionally, the Brand Ops Lead will co-manage CRM\/JAMS operations in<br \/>\n       close collaboration with the Support Team for the brand, ensuring alignment across initiatives and operational excellence<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage CRM and Alignment operations for the assigned brand<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Act as Project Manager for CRM\/ZAIDYN product development, enhancements, and data integration for the brand<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Taking interviews with the business leads for requirement gathering and do UI\/UX wireframe review with developers<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Lead testing efforts for CRM enhancements\/releases impacting the brand<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Maintain a release roadmap and asset tracker for the brand, including CLM content<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Coordinate with brand teams\/SPOCs to gather input for CRM enhancements and data enablement needs<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Liaise with upstream and downstream teams to align on data\/integration requirements<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Collaborate with CRM Product, Alignment, Testing Leads, and Support Team for knowledge transfer and operational support<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure necessary DQs are created for CRM\/JAMS operations and enhancements specific to the brand<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Handle ad-hoc brand-related CRM requests in coordination with the Support Team<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Essential Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall, 7-8 + years of experience working on Field CRM (i.e. SFDC, Veeva platforms)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>B Tech \/ B Sc. or any other equivalent graduation. \u2022 Preferably Salesforce Admin certified<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Good understanding and experience in Pharma Field Operations and their impact on field effectiveness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytically adept in enabling data-based decision making to brands \u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Desired Requirement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in US Field Operations teams in pharma industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Good understanding of broader content management systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>UI\/UX skills preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Skills Desired Agility, Analytical Thinking, Brand Awareness, Building Construction, Business Analytics, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Media Campaigns, Sales, Stakeholder Engagement, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Marketing, Waterfall Model<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/in4916dbd6fa45edbe27c5ac2621d77e2c?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Summary The Brand Field CRM Ops Lead is responsible for driving CRM and Alignment product enablement, enhancement, and operational execution for a specific brand or therapeutic area.
