You will collaborate closely with a talented, multi-disciplined team to develop and execute strategies that will significantly grow the company&#8217;s revenue and market penetration.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the North America Managing Director in executing the regional Go-to-Market strategy to drive profitable growth.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and close revenue opportunities by engaging and building strong relationships with C-level and VP-level executives at target accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Marketing to generate demand, support campaigns, events, and other critical growth-oriented initiatives. Actively participate in market-facing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Generate a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities by leveraging your network, cold calling, managing inbound leads from demand generation efforts, and other prospecting activities.<\/li>\n<li>Confidently demonstrate procurement service and product knowledge to prospective clients; clearly articulating the value of bundled solutions that include advisory, managed services, intelligence and analytics, and enabling technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Solutions, Product, Client Success and other WNS teams to develop value-driven, compelling solution proposals leveraging WNS Procurement\u2019s full complement of capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively maintain and manage a robust pipeline, while providing dependable revenue forecasts to the business.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve targets for pipeline coverage, opportunity conversion, and closed revenue by applying proven growth strategies, account planning, and disciplined execution.<\/li>\n<li>Lead effective commercial and contractual negotiations in collaboration with subject matter experts and legal resources.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain timely and accurate CRM data; understand your portfolio of opportunities and be ready to discuss them in detail.<\/li>\n<li>An ability to travel an estimated 25-30% of the time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Required and Preferred Qualifications <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In addition to being an experienced business development professional and a good fit with our high-performance culture, preference will be given to candidates with direct experience selling procurement consulting, managed services (BPO\/BPM), intelligence and analytics solutions, and digital enablers.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will possess:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep procurement knowledge, including Category Management, Source-to-Contract, and Procurement Operations; as well as an understanding of industry dynamics and trends.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a related field and a minimum of 10-15 years of sales experience.<\/li>\n<li>A proven track record in consistently meeting\/exceeding sales goals.<\/li>\n<li>Executive presence and relationship development skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective listening and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>This is a US-based position; applicants must be fully authorized to work in the US.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Compensation Disclosure<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The base salary range for this position is $190K to $250K annually. This range reflects the base pay range that we reasonably expect to offer for the role across our hiring locations.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Geographic location (state and city of residence)<\/li>\n<li>Overall professional experience<\/li>\n<li>Directly relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Education and certifications<\/li>\n<li>Industry knowledge and expertise<\/li>\n<li>Skills and competencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses, or incentive pay, or commissions, which are not included in the listed base salary range.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>WNS complies with all applicable federal, state, and local pay transparency laws, including those in California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and Illinois.
