It\u2019s time for a career you can be proud of.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Live | What you will do <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the delivery of monthly and ad hoc media performance reports across HCP and consumer marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze channel-level and campaign-level metrics to identify key drivers of performance across digital and offline media.<\/li>\n<li>Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) by synthesizing insights and performance trends for brand stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with brand analytics partners to align on KPI goals, benchmarks, and success metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with US-based media leads, external agencies, and vendors to align on campaign data tracking, definitions, and performance narratives.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend test-and-learn opportunities to explore new tactics or improve existing ones.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior analysts on best practices for media analytics delivery and reporting hygiene<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Thrive | What you can expect<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates\u2019 professional and personal growth and well-being<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Basic Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree (or Bachelor\u2019s with 7\u201314 years of relevant experience) in Analytics, Marketing Science, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in campaign reporting, KPI analysis, and performance storytelling for marketing teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau or equivalent BI tools.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of digital and offline media KPIs across HCP and consumer contexts.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration independently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Background in pharma marketing analytics or experience in a regulated industry.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with common marketing analytics techniques (e.g., lift analysis, channel diagnostics, reach\/frequency evaluation).<\/li>\n<li>Experience collaborating with US-based or global stakeholders in a matrixed environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to recommend improvements to reporting workflows, campaign metric alignment, or KPI goal setting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> .<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/inff9fc09ed442fa8a8fcc2494335aeba3?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Career Category Operations Job Description HOW MIGHT YOU DEFY IMAGINATION?
