Syngene has placed safety at par with business performance with shared responsibility and accountability, including following safety guidelines, procedures, and sops, in letter and spirit<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Mandatory expectation for all roles as per Syngene safety guidelines <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to development of procedures, practices and systems that ensures safe operations and compliance to company&#8217;s integrity &#038; quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Driving a corporate culture that promotes environment, health, and safety (EHS) mindset and operational discipline at the workplace at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring safety of self, teams, and lab\/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements always in the workplace.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self<\/li>\n<li>Compliance to Syngene&#8217;s quality standards always<\/li>\n<li>Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals<\/li>\n<li>Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Job Description: Performing analytical method validations and related documentation, as well as analysis of RM, PM, Intermediates, API, and Finished products.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Key Responsibilities: * Following Good Laboratory Practices while working in the QC Laboratory. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To maintain and clean responsibility allotted for individual instruments.<\/li>\n<li>Use of required safety apparel while sampling, analyzing, and working in the laboratory.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out the analysis of validation samples as per the protocol.<\/li>\n<li>Initiation of laboratory incidents and deviation.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of calculation sheets and making draft reports.<\/li>\n<li>Disposal of sample for analysis after use.<\/li>\n<li>Taking any other job allocated by HOD or Section Head.<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of Intermediate, finished product, and working standard qualification as per the specification.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the instrument usage log is verified and reviewed periodically, and check the labels accordingly as per SOP.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of protocols and Observation data sheets.<\/li>\n<li>Should be well versed with the latest analytical techniques like HPLC\/GC, KF\/KFC, IR\/UV, LC-MS, GC-MS, IC, and ICP-OES\/ICP-MS, etc&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Being well-versed in the Chromeleon data management application and LIMS will be advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> To ensure safety compliance as per Syngene policy and EHSS requirements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Educational Qualification: M Sc \/ M Pharma (Analytical\/General chemistry<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Technical\/Functional Skills: * Should be well versed with the latest analytical techniques like HPLC\/GC, KF\/KFC, IR\/UV, LC-MS, GC-MS, IC, ICP-OES\/ICP-MS, DSC, TGA, etc&#8230; <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Being well-versed in the Chromeleon data management application and LIMS will be advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Experience: 1- 4 years<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Behavioral Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Should be an adaptive learner.<\/li>\n<li>Should demonstrate effective Communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Organization and ability to balance work and Life.<\/li>\n<li>Should possess good Time Management abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Equal Opportunity Employer:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>It is the policy of Syngene to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and\/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status about public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable legislation or local law.<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/in2fb9f41a51b1df85a5b6adffe9c2f1a2?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JOB DESCRIPTION Designation: Analyst &#8211; Special Instrumentation and Method validation Job Location: Bangalore About Syngene At Syngene, Safety is at the heart of everything we do personally and professionally.
