Whether you want a career that could take you to the top, or simply take you in an exciting new direction, HSBC offers opportunities, support and rewards that will take you further.<\/span>The role holder will be responsible for managing the reporting and coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to gather necessary data and execute against the regulators request.<\/span>In this role, you will:<\/b><\/span>\u00b7 Coordinate for timely completion of the assigned Regulatory Reporting\u2019s and Submissions.<\/span>\u00b7 Ensure relevance of data and regular review of the assigned returns.<\/span>\u00b7 Ensure delivery of the assigned ad-hoc reports and requests within agreed timescales.<\/span>\u00b7 Analyse the regulatory requirements in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.<\/span>\u00b7 Investigate the defects related to regulatory returns and ensure on corrective changes.<\/span>\u00b7 Coordinate with the stakeholders and ensure necessary remediation for the automated regulatory return owned by the business is completed. Track issues through to conclusion<\/span>\u00b7 Act as a coordinator for the regulatory change request assigned to the Business.<\/span>\u00b7 Ensure compliance to the Governance Framework and Group standards and policies.<\/span>\u00b7 Assist in audit processes related to the assigned reported data, providing necessary information, and answering queries as required by the Risk Steward and Risk Owner.<\/span>\u00b7 Preparation of high-level summary of the assigned regulatory developments and share it with the business on a periodic basis.<\/span>Requirements<\/b><\/span>To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:<\/span>\u00b7 Minimum of a bachelor\u2019s degree in business, related field<\/span>\u00b7 Excellent communication (written and verbal) to build and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups.<\/span>\u00b7 Excellent analytical skills<\/span>\u00b7 Ability to generate extract and create reports.<\/span>\u00b7 Knowledge of regulatory environment in Qatar.<\/span>\u00b7 Exposure to an operations and a control environment, such as audit or compliance preferred.<\/span>\u00b7 Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines.<\/span>\u00b7 A keen eye for detail, together with strong administrative and organisational skills<\/span>\u00b7 The job holder must always act on and enforce the highest possible standard and principles across HSBC.
