\n Assists Human Capital (HC) in all duties and functions. Coordinates with HC and other Departments at the Hospital\u2019s. Answers inquiries regarding education, experience, and vacancies. Posts vacancies.
Brief Description<\/b><\/span>1. Prepares job reconciliations for transfers, promotions, demotions and transactions from HC and Hospital Departments.<\/span>2. Announces vacant positions\/job postings hospital-wide for promotions and\/or transfers.<\/span>3. Performs pre-reconciliations for applicants for Hospital announce vacant positions.<\/span>4. Conducts typing tests for promotion purposes and as requested by other Departments.<\/span>5. Deals with issues regarding Human Capital transactions, e.g. promotions, transfers, employee benefits, etc.<\/span>6. Coordinates with Personnel staff and Manpower Analysts to prepare promotion packages.<\/span>7. Provides, maintains, and validates employees\u2019 education and experience with certificates in their fields.<\/span>8. Reviews and prepares promotion packages for Administrative Credentials Committee (ACC) meetings.<\/span>9. Coordinates with Employee Services and other HC departments in matters related to internal promotion.<\/span>10. Gathers data related to job grades and special studies\/projects.

\n Master\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources Management, or other related discipline is required
Job Requirements<\/b><\/span>Grade 09:<\/span>One (1) year of related experience with Master\u2019s, or three (3) years with Bachelor\u2019s Degree is required.<\/span>Grade 10:<\/span>Three (3) years of related experience with Master\u2019s, or five (5) years with Bachelor\u2019s Degree, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required.
