{"id":11133,"date":"2024-12-13T10:59:07","date_gmt":"2024-12-13T10:59:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/enterprise-architect-2\/"},"modified":"2024-12-13T10:59:07","modified_gmt":"2024-12-13T10:59:07","slug":"enterprise-architect-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/enterprise-architect-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Enterprise Architect"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>About the job Enterprise Architect<span class=\"br\"><\/span>General Description of Role and Responsibilities: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and develop the enterprise architecture framework, principles, and standards based on industry best practices and business goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand their needs and align technology solutions with strategic business objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct analysis of business and IT processes, identify gaps, and create roadmaps for architectural improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and document enterprise-level solutions, including systems, applications, databases, and infrastructure components.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate and recommend new technologies, products, and services that align with the organization&#8217;s architecture strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure architectural compliance by conducting regular reviews and audits of existing systems and proposed enhancements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities to ensure successful delivery of architectural initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes related to enterprise architecture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role, preferably within large-scale organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of enterprise-level architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in assessing business needs and translating them into technical requirements. 5. Solid understanding of software development processes, technologies, and best practices. 6.
