This position is on-site in Pleasant Prairie, WI or Waukegan, IL based on need, and we are looking for people who share our passion.<\/span>Position Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Craft, test and deploy robust Java applications aligned with business needs using industry-leading technologies and coding standards.<\/span>Conduct code reviews, optimize performance and ensure application responsiveness maintaining top-notch quality.<\/span>Assist in architectural design reviews and project planning, lending your insights for strategic advancements.<\/span>Guide and mentor fellow developers, exhibiting leadership in cross-functional development practices.<\/span>Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure consistent processes and timely deliverables.<\/span>Minimum Requirements<\/b><\/span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant programming education and experience.<\/span>2+ years of hands-on Java development, with a strong track record in enterprise solutions using Spring framework.<\/span>Extensive experience in REST web services, microservice environments, Git, JPA, SQL, JSON, SOAP, XML and code versioning tools.<\/span>Working knowledge of caching, service discovery, CI \/ CD tools and familiarity with Agile methodologies.<\/span>Benefits<\/b><\/span>Complete medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage and other wellness programs.<\/span>401(k) with 6% employer match.
