Aptean\u2019 s compliance solutions are built for companies serving specific markets such as finance, healthcare, biotech and pharmaceuticals, over 10,000 highly specialized organizations in more than 20 industries and 80 countries rely on Aptean to streamline their everyday operations.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>About the Role<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role spearheads research, prototype and development of state-of-the-art AI, ML or Big Data Components to successfully deliver high-quality innovative products and solutions to our clients.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>About you<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work in concert with Software Engineering Leaders to oversee all tactical aspects of the product lifecycle, including test planning &#038; execution, issue management &#038; escalations.<\/li>\n<li>Research technologies, methodologies, and approaches to find innovative solutions to solve the business problems of our clients.<\/li>\n<li>Research, prototype and develop solutions for complex and demanding supply chain problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for research discovery.<\/li>\n<li>Gather and process large and complex data sets.<\/li>\n<li>Apply advanced analytical methods using statistics, machine learning, optimization, and simulation knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Program the theoretical approaches into practical prototypes.<\/li>\n<li>Build the pipelines that can easily be fed into technical design.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate ideas and findings with effective presentations to stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentor more-junior team members to improve their technical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Provide effective, empathetic feedback to pull requests and in code reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Write and update helpful and accessible architecture and technical developer documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Analyze client issues in conjunction with customer support and other teams<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Education: (Indicate the minimum level of education necessary for this position.
