Join us today and experience Life at Visa.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Visa&#8217;s Corporate IT (CIT) organization is adding a ServiceNow Developer role in Bangalore to its People Technology team, focused on People Technology solutions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a Senior Software QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our HRSD applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test strategies . Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and execute test cases using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and validate the functionality, performance, and security of our HRSD applications.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct thorough testing of HRSD workflows, configurations, and integrations, identifying and documenting any defects or issues.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the integrity of the HRSD platform.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in test automation efforts using ATF, developing and maintaining automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HRSD and ServiceNow platform, proactively suggesting improvements and enhancements to existing processes.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of HRSD applications, providing valuable insights and recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Basic Qualifications:<\/b><br \/>\n       -2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of<br \/><b>relevant work experience<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Preferred Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge and experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) on the ServiceNow platform.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to design and execute test cases.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using ATF.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, track, and resolve defects in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and\/or Application Developer (CAD) certifications are a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Visa is an EEO Employer.
