{"id":10313,"date":"2024-12-11T11:59:17","date_gmt":"2024-12-11T11:59:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/telesales-agent\/"},"modified":"2024-12-11T11:59:17","modified_gmt":"2024-12-11T11:59:17","slug":"telesales-agent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/telesales-agent\/","title":{"rendered":"Telesales Agent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Telesales Agent is responsible for to maximise the sales revenue from an existing base of customers, whilst at the same time generating new revenue from potential customers. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as an ambassador for DHL at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that a high level of professional rapport is developed and maintained with all customers.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on all customer enquiries and direct customer to the correct DHL department where further information is required.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a regular call cycle to existing DHL Customers to build strong, multi level relationships within the company to maintain existing DHL sales revenue as customers continue to trade.<\/li>\n<li>Probe, question and understand completely the customers needs and requirements to understand where DHL\u2019s service offering can add value to the customers business.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential and negotiate and persuade accordingly existing customers to maximise their use of DHL\u2019s services to generate additional sales revenue from existing customers, in a profitable manner.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with every department that is responsible for customers.<\/li>\n<li>Source and action new business leads and persuade potential customers to utilise the DHL services to generate additional (sales) poriftable revenue from new customers.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor credit issues and liase with Customer Accounting Department and be aware of issues with no payment and take action where necessary to ensure Outstanding money is collected.<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain call details on COMET, ensure appropriate IBS forms are updated so that all information is accessible for future reference and monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of service failures and ensure the correct person resolves the issue so that all customer complaints and problems are handled quickly and efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse figures and reports and spot trends and identify issues and take appropriate action where necessary to maximise revenue by addressing issues early.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Knowledge, Qualification and Experience:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal style<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent personal presentation, grooming and hygiene<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent organisational skills, including ability to prioritise workload<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ability to effectively contribute as a member of a busy team<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, time sensitive environment<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Demonstrated ability to use initiative\/judgement to solve job related issues<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Good oral and written communication skills<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Adheres to policies and procedures<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Possesses good relationship building and interpersonal skills<br \/><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.kw\/jobad\/kw09f6b5e316b3dc0ad017953b2d89c700?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Telesales Agent is responsible for to maximise the sales revenue from an existing base of customers, whilst at the same time generating new revenue from potential customers.
