This role is responsible for managing and optimizing marketing performance across channels, with a focus on campaign execution, conversion rate optimization (CRO), email marketing, web and search engine optimization (SEO), and analytics.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role will translate data into actionable insights, monitor website and campaign performance, and continually refine strategies to maximize ROI. Ideal candidates will bring a performance marketing mindset, analytical fluency, and a passion for creating digital experiences that convert.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Digital Strategy, Execution &#038; Optimization <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns including email, paid search, display, and organic social.<\/li>\n<li>Drive website optimization efforts through SEO best practices, content enhancements, and CRO tactics including A\/B and multivariate testing.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and improve marketing automation workflows (e.g., onboarding journeys, cross-sell sequences, re-engagement campaigns).<\/li>\n<li>Leverage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM strategies to track and evaluate campaign effectiveness and conversion performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Marketing Analytics &#038; Insights <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze digital performance data to identify trends, uncover insights, and recommend improvements to drive KPIs such as leads, opens, clicks, conversions, and member retention.<\/li>\n<li>Develop dashboards and reporting for marketing campaigns and channel performance.<\/li>\n<li>Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, or lifecycle stage to personalize messaging and increase campaign relevance.<\/li>\n<li>Present findings and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Collaboration &#038; Content Coordination <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and external partners to develop campaign assets and landing pages optimized for engagement and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Support ongoing management of the website CMS, ensuring content is up-to-date, optimized, and aligned with campaign goals.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor social media platforms and review sites as part of brand reputation management efforts, coordinating with the broader team on responses when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>REQUIREMENTS<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Experience &#038; Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in a performance-focused environment.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and experience building automated campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in marketing reporting, data visualization, and presenting insights that drive action.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of HTML\/CSS and CMS platforms preferred, but not required.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with dashboarding tools a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
