This person will create, update, and manage projects to promote online content including websites, news, videos, social media posts, and virtual events. We offer competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs to support you and your family.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>To Learn More Visit: .<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Management: Work with stakeholders including teammates, marketing colleagues throughout the firm, technical staff, and leadership to schedule and manage complex campaigns that support our work. These projects often include ad campaigns, website projects, videos, and marketing collateral for digital delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Writing: Originate written content within editorial guidelines that transforms factual material from subject matter experts into compelling marketing messages.<\/li>\n<li>Editorial Review: Edit and update content according to the firm\u2019s established written style, with an eye to accuracy, consistency, and brand. Proof and fact-check content created by others.<\/li>\n<li>Research: Help in researching clients and markets to support business development efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Report &#038; Present: Regularly collect data, prepare reports and presentations, and evaluate the status of the company\u2019s public image and make suggestions for external communications performance<\/li>\n<li>Social Media Support: Support the social media team as necessary with creating written and visual content, posting, and monitoring posts and feeds.<\/li>\n<li>Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of social media campaigns and content and webpages. Optimize web pages for search engines to increase organic traffic and enhance user experience.<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to align content with overall marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Staying Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for engagement. Learn and maintain knowledge required to use current content management systems including WordPress, SharePoint, and other systems as required for work with continually evolving marketing technology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills, Experience and Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree and 5 years of experience. Associate\u2019s degree and 6 years of experience, or 8 years of relevant experience. (required)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Microsoft office suite and Adobe products, familiarity and comfort with digital platforms (WordPress, Joomla, Hubspot, etc.) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, facebook, X, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> This opportunity will be posted for at least five days. The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Geosyntec\u2019s total compensation package for employees.
