Our team takes pride in doing tough work with precision, grit, and integrity. \u201cPride, Grit, &#038; Own It!\u201d<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Position Available: Project Manager<span class=\"br\"><\/span>R-2 Contractors is currently seeking a motivated Project Manager &#8211; Heavy Civil to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our continued success with a company that values integrity and professionalism.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New project planning &#038; coordination amongst internal departments, subcontractors, and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Proper tracking of project completion, daily production rates, materials, equipment usage, changes to conditions, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively understand the scope of work, terminology, and project documents.<\/li>\n<li>Read, interpret, understand, and recognize project specifications and project drawings. Utilize all documents to construct the project per design.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule building and maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>AP invoice review\/approval.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly billings.<\/li>\n<li>Timecard review\/approval.<\/li>\n<li>Budget review and understanding.<\/li>\n<li>Budget maintenance during construction.<\/li>\n<li>Project projections (material, productivity, manpower, equipment).<\/li>\n<li>Relationship building (internal\/external).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working in Heavy Civil construction<\/li>\n<li>Experience utilizing many layers of project documents to effectively comply with project building requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in PM, CM, or QC roles on large-scale power projects involving civil construction within the power industry.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with or willingness to be trained on HCSS Software (HeavyJob &#038; HeavyBid).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with or willingness to be trained on Microsoft Project.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a team player and willing to perform multiple duties as the need arises.<\/li>\n<li>Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and a DVR acceptable to the company\u2019s insurance carrier.<\/li>\n<li>Willing and able to work long hours and in varying conditions.<\/li>\n<li>This position is subject to drug testing and background check.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Type:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time<\/li>\n<li>Salary: $100,000 &#8211; $185,000 (dependent on experience)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Benefits:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paid Time Off (PTO) \/ Sick Leave<\/li>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (coverage for the entire family)<\/li>\n<li>401(k) with company match<\/li>\n<li>5-Year Employment Appreciation Bonus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Work Schedule:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday to Friday, with flexibility as required by project needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Work Location:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hybrid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Ready to Join Our Team?
