Should have worked on several types of filing, testing in accordance with IRS\/DOL rules and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Implement decision making, logical\/critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to ensure efficient processing.<\/li>\n<li>Consult available resources including technical documentation, updates, computer system application features, coworkers, and Mentors to perform daily task. Make suggestions for improvement in procedures\/processes.<\/li>\n<li>Efficiently and effectively process work to meet or exceed production expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Perform assigned work accurately to meet or exceed quality expectations that results in increased client satisfaction and profitability for PFG.<\/li>\n<li>Follow internal procedures to properly document work on contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our record keeping system and process.<\/li>\n<li>Improve personal effectiveness that positively impacts work environment and enhancement of skills.<\/li>\n<li>Develop partnerships among peers and those supported to increase ownership of work and sustain an efficient process.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance to PGS policies and Flexibility as per business needs<\/li>\n<li>Perform other job-related duties, other processes within the BU or special projects as required or as assigned by superior!<\/li>\n<li>Should be willing to work from office.<\/li>\n<li>Promote team development through shared knowledge and information with team members in working to resolve unusual or tricky situations.<\/li>\n<li>Adherence to Compliance, Information security, Internal and External statutory and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Required Years of Experience &#8211; 2 &#8211; 4 years of experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate preferred with Retirement domain and 5500 filings\/compliance Testing experience.<\/li>\n<li>Should have researching skills, eye to detail and knowledge about the retirement products.<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to manage client\u2019s question and help them submit compliance testing questioner.<\/li>\n<li>Should have good written and verbal communication.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge on MS Office tools, specifically MS Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in back office.
