We take an Experience centered approach which uses human insights to take ideas from vision to outcome and building end to end experience led solutions that enables brands to transform their customer and employee experiences using design, marketing, and commerce capabilities.<\/span>Roles & Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>\u00b7 Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient software solutions using Spring Boot and Java.<\/span>\u00b7 Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.<\/span>\u00b7 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices are followed.<\/span>\u00b7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.<\/span>\u00b7 Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets performance and security standards.<\/span>\u00b7 Ensure the software solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the Medicare and Medicaid Claims domain.<\/span>\u00b7 Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.<\/span>\u00b7 Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.<\/span>\u00b7 Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the development process.<\/span>\u00b7 Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.<\/span>\u00b7 Implement automated testing to ensure the reliability and stability of the software.<\/span>\u00b7 Document technical specifications and project plans for future reference.<\/span>\u00b7 Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>\u00b7 Possess a strong background in Core Java, Spring Boot<\/span>\u00b7 Show the ability to work with MicroServices, Angular\/ReactJS, CI\/CD<\/span>\u00b7 Possess experience working with GraphQL<\/span>\u00b7 Show the ability to work with Camunda<\/span>\u00b7 Have experience in any Cloud technologies.<\/span>Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in US without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future<\/span>Applications will be accepted until 12\/10\/2024<\/span>The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 \u2013 $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.<\/span>This position is also eligible for Cognizant\u2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant\u2019s applicable plans.<\/span>Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: <\/p>\n
