Lead II – Software Engineering – React

Job Description:Role Proficiency:Act creatively to develop applications by selecting appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Account for others’ developmental activities; assisting Project Manager in day to day project execution.Outcomes: * Interpret the application feature and component designs to develop the same in accordance with specifications.

• Code debug test document and communicate product component and feature development stages.
• Validate results with user representatives integrating and commissions the overall solution.
• Select and create appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components while creating own solutions for new contexts
• Optimises efficiency cost and quality.
• Influence and improve customer satisfaction
• Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams
• Set FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

Additional Comments:

• Over 10 years of UI experience with minimum of 5 year in React JS. • Should have worked in React V16.0+ for atleast 2 years • Should be able to provide design/solutions to the requirement, guide and unblock the team on the issues, • Should have strong experience in JAVA Script, Redux, Graph QL ,RTL • Should have good knowledge in HTML , CSS • Should have good understanding on Mongo DB and CI/CD pipelines • Interact with customer/client or counterparts to understand the requirements • Analyse the requirement (IRD/IDD, Extraction SQLs) and able to develop independently • Mentor and guide juniors in the team, able to review the code and provide valuable suggestions • Collaborates with other counterparts to explore existing systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful completion of the project and bring value add to the customer. • Sharing knowledge and best practices around quality assurance process with team • Proactive and good in communication
