Factory Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated Factory Manager in Dubai for a multinational company in the medical devices industry. The role involves overseeing factory operations, managing production efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO), and maintaining equipment performance. • Responsible for the overall operation of the Factory (People Management, Factory Premises, and Processing Plant, Production and Processes Management)
• Ensure that there is no Operation downtime and that everyone is working at a reasonable pace.
• Ensures optimal efficiency by implementing productivity improvement including Lean Manufacturing, and cost controls.
• Ensures all FDA, ISO, and related regulatory requirements are consistently met.
• Ensures that factory equipment is running at optimal efficiency.
• Should create a maintenance procedure for every machine and ensure factory employees follow this procedure regularly.
• Create production reports based on data analysis and present production reports to decision-makers in strategy meetings on a regular basis.

Factory Manager – Job Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English
• At least 5+ years’ experience as Factory Manager
