knowledge of CI, HGPI, LTPI, and major inspect on routines for gas\/steam turbines., Valid Onshore FTW Certicate (within six months) to be supplied by the supplier before mobilizing the candidates.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2\u20133 years of work experience in the Oil and Gas field.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\uf0b7 Inspection and Diagnostics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct visual and hands-on inspections of all mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, heat exchangers, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify mechanical faults and areas of concern that require repairs or replacement during the shutdown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform diagnostic checks using tools, gauges, and test equipment to assess the condition of machinery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> \uf0b7 Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and checking for wear and tear on equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out corrective maintenance (CM) to repair or replace faulty mechanical parts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> \uf0b7 Troubleshooting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify the root cause of mechanical failures and troubleshoot equipment issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that the shutdown activities address both immediate concerns and long-term reliability improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> \uf0b7 Dismantling and Reassembly:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dismantle equipment as required for repair, modification, or replacement of parts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Reassemble machinery according to manufacturer specifications and in accordance with safety protocols.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> \uf0b7 Safety Protocols:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adhere strictly to safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel during Knowledge: Proficiency in mechanical engineering, particularly in pumps, compressors, turbines, boilers, and other essential equipment used in oil and gas facilities.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Certification: Relevant certifications like API 510 (Pressure Vessel Inspector), API 570 (Piping Inspector), or OSHA safety certifications may be required.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience: Several years of experience in a mechanical role in the oil and gas sector, particularly in maintenance during shutdowns.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Problem-Solving:
