{"id":906,"date":"2026-02-04T19:09:30","date_gmt":"2026-02-04T19:09:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/JobsInQatar\/2026\/02\/04\/were-hiring-marketing-executive-9\/"},"modified":"2026-02-04T19:09:30","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T19:09:30","slug":"were-hiring-marketing-executive-9","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/JobsInQatar\/2026\/02\/04\/were-hiring-marketing-executive-9\/","title":{"rendered":"We\u2019re Hiring Marketing Executive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Category: Marketing<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Join our extraordinary world!<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Distinguished design, superlative style, warm and genuine service make this Luxury &#038; Lifestyle Collection truly unique and special.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>With the strategic rapid growth of our luxury brands in Qatar at IHG Hotels and Resorts, we are looking for a F&#038;B Marketing Executive with luxury and lifestyle brand hotel experiences to join our team in Doha.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Just a stone&#8217;s throw from the many favorite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Here&#8217;s a little taste of your day-to-day:<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Your day to day<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with the hotel&#8217;s F&#038;B business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and implement quarterly marketing action plans for key outlets, events, and promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure all marketing activities adhere to brand standards and operational feasibility.<\/li>\n<li>Manage marketing databases, including contacts, media lists, campaign records, and reporting metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor campaign performance, gather guest feedback, and analyze results to optimize future initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Support the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, social media posts, and in-house promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the hotel at community and industry events to promote F&#038;B outlets and services.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit regular reports, including monthly marketing plans, activity summaries, and performance metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in special projects, events, and promotional activities as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we need from you<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality &#038; F&#038;B sector.<\/li>\n<li>Proven knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with marketing and design tools is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team and across multiple departments.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What you can expect from us:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We give our people everything they need to succeed.
