We are at an inflection moment: the product works, the market is ready, and the region is wide open.<\/span>I’m looking for someone who wants to be in the arena: meeting partners, shaping deals, and building something that didn\u2019t exist before. You won\u2019t just be following a script; you\u2019ll be the one opening doors, shaping partnerships, and launching pilots across Qatar and MENA.<\/span>Establish Industry Dominance: You will lead the charge in making Roamless the default connectivity partner for the region\u2019s biggest sectors, including banks, airlines, travel platforms, and major enterprises.<\/span>A “Builder” Career Path: This is not a “support” role. It is a high-autonomy, high-speed position designed for someone who wants to own their territory and has a clear path toward becoming a regional BD lead as we scale to 100+ people.<\/span>What You\u2019ll Do<\/span>Contribute to business development in Qatar and to partnerships expansion across MENA<\/span>Build and manage a live pipeline of partners (banks, airlines, travel platforms, enterprises, events)<\/span>Lead outbound efforts: research, outreach, discovery calls, and follow-ups<\/span>Qualify opportunities and structure partnership models (affiliate, reseller, co-branded, employee offers, pilots)<\/span>Coordinate pilots and launches with internal teams (product, growth, ops)<\/span>Maintain partner relationships post-signing to ensure momentum and growth<\/span>Feed market insights back into product and growth teams<\/span>Help shape a repeatable BD playbook for the region<\/span>What You\u2019ll Bring<\/span>Strong communication and relationship-building skills<\/span>Commercial instinct and curiosity about how businesses make money<\/span>Structured thinking and follow-through<\/span>Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders<\/span>Grit, ownership, and resilience in ambiguous environments<\/span>Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus<\/span>Command of CRM software<\/span>Bonus points if you have:<\/b><\/span>A baseline understanding of how telcos and eSIM technology work, or the curiosity to become an expert quickly.<\/span>Technical Fluency: Comfort discussing API or technical integration concepts with potential partners.<\/span>Location & Contract<\/span>We are a fully remote team, however, for this role, we are looking for someone based in Doha, Qatar or someone willing to relocate<\/span>Full-time position<\/span>Roamless is an equal opportunity employer.
