We\u2019re bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Supports the standardization of equipment specifications, drawings, and document templates.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Contributes to the understanding of technical knowledge, legal requirements, and customer specifications whenever viable and lawful.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Uses local\/global standards to support technical excellence.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Supports document checking and design verification tasks for compliance to company and project specifications.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Technical supervision of project designated mechanical designers and draftsmen in the execution of their duty.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Prepare of specifications, data sheets and other information covering Rotating equipment and system packages.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Performance of bid evaluation and vendor document review and approval<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Technical writing activities, in particular, production of technical reports and operating manuals.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage studies and mechanical-rotating-orientated projects as assigned.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Preparation of technical requisition, stipulation of inspection and testing requirement and documentation<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Implements innovative solutions, technology advances, and methods to effectively deal with working out of sequence.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Supports Lead Engineer in monitoring quality activities and takes action where required.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Assist Project Team in project documentation such as proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Prepare and participate in weekly mechanical discipline meetings, prepare progress reports and follow required checking procedures.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Review and approve all related technical documents and coordinate with the Lead Engineer.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Management, technical execution and completion of engineering assigned tasks in the specific mechanical-rotating discipline area Provide rotating equipment engineering input to conceptual studies, front end engineering and detailed engineering design for petrochemical, refineries and oil &#038; gas facilities including the associated utilities.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Quality Assurance: Accountable for working within the provisions and guidelines of Quality Assurance systems.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Safety: Accountable for personal safety safe, safe working practices. Working knowledge and follow OH &#038; S procedures promoting health, safety and environmental awareness.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>HSE Capability: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain HSE focus with the team to ensure OHSE requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate business practices commensurate with a culture of world\u2019s best health, safety and environmental performance.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a visible and engaged reliability to:<\/li>\n<li>personal well-being;<\/li>\n<li>healthy and safe workplaces and activities; and<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve Worley health, safety and environmental performance.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and report work hazards and incidents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Education \u2013 Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Full-Time Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement. Candidates not holding this accreditation must be willing to achieve this within the probationary period.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking the same will be an advantage.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Industry Experience<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Candidate shall have vast experience in Oil &#038; Gas sector in GCC<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Candidate must have experience in Detailed Design, FEED in Mechanical Engineering<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Candidate shall have Mechanical engineering knowledge and familiar with Standards\/Codes, QP specs.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Past experience as a Rotating Engineer for Upstream &#038; Midstream Gas Turbines will be an advantage<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Must have good experience with compressors &#038; Pumps<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Moving forward together<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We\u2019re committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
