Job Category: Allied Health<\/span>Degree Level: Bachelor’s Degree<\/span>Job Description:<\/b><\/span>JOB SUMMARY:<\/b><\/span>The Pharmacist – Drug Supply Coordinator primary is responsible for coordinating all the data flow professionally, accurately and timely throughout the Drug Supply Scope.<\/span>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Requires background knowledge of pharmaceuticals.<\/span>Documents and files all paper communication of Drug Supply from end to end.<\/span>Prepares and communicates the minutes of the drug Supply committee.<\/span>Coordinates all the drug supply team meetings.<\/span>Initiates correspondence as necessary to obtain requisite drug supply.<\/span>Examines, researches, enters data, files and gathers related information necessary to process drug supply activities from clinical pharmacy team and\/or from procurement team.<\/span>Ensures confidentiality is maintained at all times, for example concerning issues of business sensitivity, personnel information and patient confidentiality.<\/span>Undertakes any other duties applicable to the grade\/post as required.<\/span>Adheres to Sidra’s standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies<\/span>Adheres to and promotes Sidra’s Values<\/span>In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within Sidra, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>ESSENTIAL<\/b><\/span>PREFERRED<\/b><\/span>Education<\/b><\/span>Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy<\/span>Experience<\/b><\/span>2+ years drug supply experience within a hospital\/healthcare organization in Qatar or GCC or 1 year for pharmacists who have completed 1 year externship program at Sidra Medicine and have received training in clinical pharmacy and inventory management within the facility.<\/span>Experience using Oracle Fusion ERP system (purchase & supply chain modules)<\/span>Certification and Licensure<\/b><\/span>Licensed in country of origin<\/span>Eligible to be licensed as Pharmacist in the State of Qatar<\/span>Job Specific Skills and Abilities<\/b><\/span>Strong culture intelligence and teamwork competencies<\/span>Ability to keep and retrieve records<\/span>Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite<\/span>Fluency in written and spoken English<\/span>Strong knowledge of regulatory affairs<\/span>About Us:<\/b><\/span>Sidra Medicine a healthy population is essential to a strong, prosperous society, and throughout 2020, Sidra continued to provide uninterrupted comprehensive specialist healthcare services for children and young people; and exceptional maternity, gynecology, and reproductive medical services for women, previously unavailable in Qatar and the region.\u201d – H.H Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation<\/span>Sidra Medicine represents the vision of Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser who serves as its Chairperson.
