This role is critical in ensuring that HVAC systems are delivered, installed, and commissioned in line with project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.<br \/>\n       You will work closely with EPC contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution across all project phases.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead HVAC Hook-Up and Commissioning (HUC) activities, providing oversight to contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the HVAC HUC focal point offshore, ensuring all commissioning and hook-up activities meet project requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Review and assess contractor documentation, technical proposals, and deviations to ensure compliance with project standards.<\/li>\n<li>Support EPC Project Management Teams (PMT) through participation in workshops, design reviews, and technical evaluations.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and drive timely delivery of HVAC discipline deliverables in line with project milestones.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical expertise in HVAC systems, including commissioning, testing, and performance validation.<\/li>\n<li>Witness contractor activities, including inspections, testing, and commissioning, and sign off as required.<\/li>\n<li>Verify accuracy of contractor progress reports and ensure alignment with actual site progress.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to quality audits, identify issues, and support implementation of corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Support supplier qualification processes for new or non-approved vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor contractor manpower plans and provide recommendations to ensure adequate resource allocation.<\/li>\n<li>Promote application of lessons learned and continuous improvement across project execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Candidate Requirements<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in construction-related roles within large-scale oil &#038; gas or energy projects.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a supervisory or oversight capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in HVAC systems within large EPC projects.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in hook-up and commissioning phases, including completions and pre-startup activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Technical Expertise:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of HVAC commissioning, testing, and balancing (TAB).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in performance testing of fans and air handling units.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of refrigeration system commissioning and room integrity testing.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with F-Gas regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with major HVAC equipment suppliers (e.g., Carrier, Wozair).<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of industry codes, standards, and safety requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Additional Knowledge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with offshore and\/or onshore facilities, including brownfield execution.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of risks and execution strategies in LNG or sour gas environments.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interface effectively with engineering, operations and construction teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Please apply with full CV<span class=\"br\"><\/span>People are our business worldwide<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Orion Group was founded in 1987 and is now one of the largest, independent, international recruitment companies.
