It needs a strong quality leader. You will guide the team. You will protect standards. You will ensure every part of the project meets high quality levels.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>If you take pride in doing things right the first time, this role is for you.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead all quality work across project sites.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and manage the Project Quality Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all works meet drawings, specs, and contract standards.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct internal audits and site inspections.<\/li>\n<li>Guide engineers and site teams on quality matters.<\/li>\n<li>Review method statements, ITPs, and technical documents.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with client, consultant, and subcontractors.<\/li>\n<li>Identify risks and suggest better solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 standards.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports and present quality updates to management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc in Civil Engineering (relevant to the project).<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10 -15 years of total experience.<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years of relevant experience in similar projects.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years in a quality role on construction projects.<\/li>\n<li>IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification (or equivalent).<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of quality systems and audits.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage and coordinate specialized teams.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in handling complex technical assignments independently.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Why Join Us?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work on high-profile Multi-Purpose Hall projects.<\/li>\n<li>Lead quality across multiple major locations.<\/li>\n<li>Be part of a respected Design &#038; Build team.<\/li>\n<li>Grow your leadership and technical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver facilities that serve communities for years to come.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> We believe quality builds trust.
