Ensure hotel and Residence maintenance in guest rooms, suites, corridors, fire exits, stairways, service rooms and public areas are equal to the high level of guest and management expectations and standards. Provides guest services as well as supervision, direction leadership in the Housekeeping Department in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards and manage an efficient depa1tment ensuring that good lines of communication both internally and externally are achieved with all associates and hotel guests.<\/p>\n
