A minimum of ten (10) years\u2019 experience in relevant construction and installation<span class=\"br\"><\/span>activities for offshore projects in oil &#038; gas industry.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2. Experience and exposure to working within live oil and gas process plants (Brownfield).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>3. Experienced in the implementation of construction industry best practices,<span class=\"br\"><\/span>systems, processes and standards.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>4. Good skills in construction management, effective communication, conflict<span class=\"br\"><\/span>resolution.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>5.
