We\u2019re bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage electrical engineering services that meet Worley&#8217;, its customers&#8217; and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage electrical engineering project requirements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage electrical engineering services such as: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and comply with required checking procedures;<\/li>\n<li>ensure the project scope is clear and that changes comply with project change management processes;<\/li>\n<li>provide advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities. For example, oversee requisitions, technical bid evaluations and purchase order preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the electrical engineering Lead on specific projects.<\/li>\n<li>If responsible for a team:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>outline project requirements including actively promoting workshare, where appropriate, assign tasks and supervise progress; and<\/li>\n<li>ensure the required services meet Worley, its customers and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, on time and within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively resolve any discrepancies between Worley and its Customer&#8217;s requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and technical innovations in electrical engineering.<\/li>\n<li>If required, assist and support junior personnel within the electrical engineering team.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with the electrical engineering team and project stakeholders, including the Customer.<\/li>\n<li>Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Quality Assurance<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of Quality Assurance systems.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Safety<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Responsible for personal safety safe, safe working practices. Understand and follow OH &#038; S procedures promoting health, safety and environmental awareness.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>HSE Capability: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain HSE focus with the team to ensure OHSE requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate business practices commensurate with a culture of world\u2019s best health, safety and environmental performance.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>personal well-being;<\/li>\n<li>healthy and safe workplaces and activities; and<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve Worley health, safety and environmental performance.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and report work hazards and incidents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Education \u2013 Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-Time Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.<\/li>\n<li>MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement. Candidates not holding this accreditation must be willing to achieve this within the probationary period.<\/li>\n<li>Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking the same will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Industry Specific Experience: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have vast experience in Electrical design and engineering of oil &#038; gas \/ large industrial projects in Onshore projects.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in brown fields &#038; asset services type project \/ contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in MV cable sizing based on IEC60287 using CYMECAP will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Qatar project experience with knowledge of Kahramaa standards is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>132kV GIS substation design<\/li>\n<li>132kV, 33kV Cable sizing calculation<\/li>\n<li>16MW to 20MW compressor motor<\/li>\n<li>Power System Study.<\/li>\n<li>Unit and non-unit protection setting.<\/li>\n<li>HV\/LV Equipment Specification, Data Sheet.<\/li>\n<li>MR\/TBE.<\/li>\n<li>Vendor Drawing Review.<\/li>\n<li>Sound Report Writing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Design Basis Memorandum for the project.<\/li>\n<li>Feasibility and Concept Optimalization Study, Pre-FEED, FEED, Detail Engineering Design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Moving forward together<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We\u2019re committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
