Marketing to position and promote Marsa Malaz Kempinski Hotel and its outlets as the market leader through Marketing activities as well as to ensure compliance with the brand Kempinski.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend marketing relevant meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Play support role in developing hotel Marketing budget and update budget figures periodically.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, especially sales, Public Relations and web as well as creative agencies and suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Keep themselves updated with the latest developments in the hotel including all activities, promotions, rates of the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>Handle daily correspondence\/financial documents such as purchase order, expenses claims, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Handle all agencies\/vendors invoices and act as point of contact for billing matters.<\/li>\n<li>Assist Director of Sales &#038; Marketing in creating and implementing all Marketing activities, including but not limited to:<\/li>\n<li>Creation and print of collateral<\/li>\n<li>Promotions and packages<\/li>\n<li>Advertising<\/li>\n<li>Market analysis<\/li>\n<li>Photo-shootings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain hotel listings in online and offline media.<\/li>\n<li>Handle site inspection.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, coordinate and implement direct marketing, both on- and offline.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain guest database for mailings.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with F&#038;B department to promote F&#038;B outlets.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the creation of the media and marketing plan.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct competition checks and benchmarking on a regular basis.<\/li>\n<li>Create, coordinate and maintain give-aways and collateral.<\/li>\n<li>Upload and maintain picture storage and distribution systems (Picture Park &#038;
