The role performs administrative functions in various personnel policies that a?ect people at work such as work conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, and absence management and grievance procedures to ensure e?ective service and encourage harmonious industrial relations in the organization.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Job Responsibilities 1<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Process, track and record employee movements such as separation, resignations, terminations in various conditions as advised by Labor Operations Manager.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Arrange tickets and exit permits from Head O\ufb03ce\/Immigration and coordinating with camp managers or relevant managers for deportation of separated workers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Prepare separation documents like resignation, termination for various reason, as per instruction by Operations Manager.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Process, track and record various types of leaves (Annual, Unpaid, Emergency and Sick Leaves) of Sta\ufb00 and Labors including their tickets and exit permits from Head O\ufb03ce and implement through Camps.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Prepare worker&#8217;s duty resumption related to Annual Leave, Emergency Leave, Sick Leave and arranging all the signatory<span class=\"br\"><\/span>and information provided to Data Entry Operators for updating the system.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Con\ufb01rm through Recruitment Department regarding New Arrivals, actual and accurate recording and reporting the same within Departments like, HR, Operations, Camps and PMV.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Process visa requirement like, Blood Group Test, Medical and Fingerprints in coordination with Head O\ufb03ce and Camps.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Update mastersheet for department records with information of Active Manpower, Leave, Separation and other additional required data on daily basis and distributing among colleagues for routine work.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Follow up with HR and Payroll Departments regarding Sta\ufb00 related HR issues.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Receives Employment Contracts for Employee&#8217;s Signature and dispatching to HR.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Process renewal of Worker&#8217;s RP, Passport and other related issues.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Coordinate with HR Department (Head O\ufb03ce) for urgent issues like passport undertaking, RP renewal and healthcard Renewal.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Prepare reimbursement documents like medical expense related to site accident cases.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Job Responsibilities 2<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Additional Responsibilities 3<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Knowledge &#038; Skills<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Knowledge in Qatar Law<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Knowledge of implementation and maintenance of Policies and Procedures<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Knowledge of the whole organization structure<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Knowledge of employment terms and conditions<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Knowledge in computer MS applications such as Excel and Word and other related software application<span class=\"br\"><\/span>ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Experience<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Competencies<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Resilience<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Quality<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Leadership<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Labor Contracts L2<span class=\"br\"><\/span>SAP ERP Human Resources L2<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Labor Employee Relations L2<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Grievance Procedures L2<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Agility<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Labor Compliance L2<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Education<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in any related field<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.qa\/jobad\/qac85843ad319207ccc17e4644cbf282fb?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary The Labor Relations Officer is responsible for the resolution of employee issues, HR communication, sta? satisfaction and other related HR initiatives.
