experience as a senior pulmonary function technician in the field of pulmonary sleep medicine diagnostic areas.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Specification<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a Senior Pulmonary Function Technician, you will deliver advanced respiratory diagnostics, therapeutic interventions, and patient care within a modern, internationally accredited healthcare environment.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role is ideal for an experienced pulmonary diagnostics professional capable of independently performing, interpreting, and supporting a wide range of specialized respiratory assessments and treatments, while upholding the highest standards of patient safety, technical accuracy, and quality control.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Advanced Diagnostic Testing <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct and interpret routine pulmonary function tests including spirometry, advanced lung volumes, and diffusing capacity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform cardio-pulmonary exercise testing (CPET) and specialised exercise assessments such as the Six-Minute Walk Test (6MWT) and exercise provocation testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Administer airway reactivity tests including methacholine challenge testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Measure airway inflammation using fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform respiratory mechanics analysis with impulse oscillometry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct allergy diagnostics via skin prick testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Specialised Clinical Support <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical assistance in bronchoscopy and medical thoracoscopy units.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct continuous oximetry and end-tidal CO\u2082 (ETCO\u2082) monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Perform sleep disorder studies including CPAP and BiPAP titration during polysomnography.<\/li>\n<li>Administer CPAP and non-invasive positive pressure ventilation trials, including mask fittings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Therapeutic &#038; Patient Care Services <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver medical gases and aerosol therapies, including pharmacological agents.<\/li>\n<li>Provide patient education on respiratory treatments and equipment use.<\/li>\n<li>Support pulmonary rehabilitation and patient management for chronic respiratory conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Quality, Safety &#038; Compliance <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols, safety regulations, and international accreditation standards.<\/li>\n<li>Operate, calibrate, and maintain diagnostic equipment, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous quality improvement projects in line with organisational goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Collaboration &#038;
