Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years overall experience in supervising<span class=\"br\"><\/span>offshore projects civil construction of oil and gas projects.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2. Computer literate. Good communication and writing skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>3. Excellent command of English Language (oral and written)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>4. Excellent knowledge of industry engineering standards, quality control, safety<span class=\"br\"><\/span>and environmental awareness.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>5. Excellent ability to interpret and review method statements, inspection and test<span class=\"br\"><\/span>plans, construction schedules and drawings.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>6. Ability to highlight potential bottlenecks\/problems and ability to suggest solutions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>7. Ability to supervise a multi-national and multi-cultural contractor workforce.<br \/><b>Educational Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>1.
