Additionally, they collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.<\/span>Job Responsibilities 1<\/span>Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components, ensuring adherence to project requirements, codes, and standards.<\/span>Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians, throughout the project lifecycle.<\/span>Conduct detailed mechanical engineering analyses, such as stress analysis, thermal analysis, and fluid dynamics simulations, to optimize system performance and reliability.<\/span>Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to understand project requirements and develop innovative mechanical solutions that meet their needs.<\/span>Review and approve mechanical design documents, including drawings, calculations, and specifications, to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.<\/span>Perform site inspections and audits to assess the installation and operation of mechanical systems, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.<\/span>Oversee the commissioning and testing of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet design specifications and performance requirements.<\/span>Provide technical support during construction, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to resolve them promptly.<\/span>Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in mechanical engineering, incorporating them into project designs to enhance efficiency and sustainability.<\/span>Mentor junior engineers and provide training on mechanical engineering principles, software tools, and industry standards to support their professional development and growth.<\/span>Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.<\/span>Job Responsibilities 2<\/span>Additional Responsibilities 3<\/span>Job Knowledge & Skills<\/b><\/span>Profound understanding of mechanical engineering principles, codes, and standards relevant to MEP projects.<\/span>Expertise in HVAC system design, plumbing layouts, and fire protection systems, with a focus on optimizing energy efficiency and sustainability.<\/span>Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery.<\/span>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.<\/span>Problem-solving aptitude to address complex technical challenges and adapt to evolving project requirements.<\/span>ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.<\/span>Job Experience<\/b><\/span>Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus<\/span>Competencies<\/b><\/span>Agility<\/span>Construction design Software L3<\/span>Design & Construction L3<\/span>Leadership<\/b><\/span>Mechanical Aptitude L3<\/span>Mechanical Design and Integration L3<\/span>Mechanical Engineering L3<\/span>Quality<\/b><\/span>Resilience<\/span>Education<\/b><\/p>\n
