This role requires a strong blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion retail market.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibility:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Financial: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To drive the store team to achieve the store target and store KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure store shrinkage to be less than 0.2% of the cost of sale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Process: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To conduct regular financial and stock audits.<\/li>\n<li>To regularly update track and communicate the store dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>To maintain the VM standards in the store.<\/li>\n<li>To maintain the employee records.(Leave Management, Passport, Performance and conduct History, roster management)<\/li>\n<li>Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Set and achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs, and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, performance expectations, and provide constructive feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate regularly with higher management, providing updates on store performance, challenges, and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement action plans based on performance metrics to drive results.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining the back store operation and replenishment of the merchandise.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and enforce security measures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of both customers and employees.<\/li>\n<li>Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage store expenses, budgets, and financial goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Customer: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To drive the store team to achieve club apparel, NPS and DSES goals.<\/li>\n<li>To maintain a relationship with the mall management.<\/li>\n<li>To effectively communicate with the office back-end team regarding store-related activities.<\/li>\n<li>Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, striving to exceed customer expectations.<\/li>\n<li>To manage people in regards with performance and conduct of store employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Learning: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To constantly upgrade the skills of self and team and create a pipeline of future store managers<\/li>\n<li>Identifying the learning gaps of the team and creating a process to address the same.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing product knowledge sessions for the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desired Experience:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The ideal Store Manager in a retail company should have 5+ years of progressive experience in customer centric role with strong management experience, leadership skills and problem-solving skills. Proven success in enhancing customer engagement, and achieving &#038; exceeding sales KPI targets for stores.
