We’re Hiring IT Officer

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, scanners, and peripherals
  • Knowledge in Windows, Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policies, and user management
  • Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and structured cabling (CAT6 & fiber)
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability and performance
  • Troubleshoot and maintain CCTV systems, biometric access systems, and attendance devices
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for IT equipment and systems
  • Provide basic support for Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based resources
  • Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and service providers for issue resolution, installations, and upgrades
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and support logs
  • Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with company IT policies
  • Support IT projects, upgrades, system rollouts, and disaster recovery activities
  • Deliver timely, customer-focused support while meeting defined SLAs
