Job Title:
Estimation Engineer – E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation)Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline
Proven experience in estimation and tender preparation for Electrical & Instrumentation scopes
Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or industrial construction projects (Qatar / GCC experience preferred)Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and material take offs for E&I works
Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop accurate estimates
Support bid submissions with techno commercial proposals and cost analyses
Coordinate with procurement, project controls, and engineering teams during the tendering process
Analyze vendor and subcontractor quotations and integrate them into cost models
Solid understanding of Electrical & Instrumentation systems and EPC cost estimation practices
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
Familiarity with the Qatar job market and project standards is an advantage
