- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in water distribution systems repair and maintenance
- Fully Certified Plumber – Master Plumber or Journeyman Plumber ONLY

- Install, maintain, and repair water distribution systems, including chilled water, steam, heating, potable water, gas, drainage, and sewage systems
- Inspect joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, lift stations, and other plumbing components to identify malfunctions
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and execute corrective maintenance works
- Assemble and install pipes, tubing, and fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, solvent welding, caulking, or soldering
- Operate plumbing tools and equipment such as reamers, threading machines, sewer tapes, pipe cutters, snakes, and standard hand tools
- Install and service pumps, piping networks, fixtures, and plumbing systems above and below ground
- Accurately capture and update maintenance data in Maximo or similar CMMS systems
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with construction drawings, codes, safety regulations, and site procedures
- Perform additional plumbing-related duties as assigned by site management
